Nap Time

After a morning of serious play on the beach, the boys have a nice long nap at the hotel.

Fly a Kite

One advantage of the wind was that it was perfect for flying a kite! Daddy did a good job getting it up in the air. Not bad for a kite from the Dollar Spot at Target!

All Wet!

Kevin headed off to the water before Mommy had a chance to change him into his swimsuit and got all wet and sandy. Daddy had to change him and keep him dry for the trip back to the hotel. Mommy is going to have to learn how to pack for the beach!

In the Water

Kevin hung out by the car for while to shield from the wind, but came to check out the water and sand after a while. He had fun letting the surf lap at his feet. Last time he was at the Gulf Coast, he was still in Mommy's tummy!

At the Beach

Since Auntie & family is visiting, everyone goes to the beach. It's windy, so Alan is cuddling with his Auntie.

Uncle takes a picture of Kevin and Alan with Auntie using his camera phone. Four adults, and we all forgot our cameras! Thank goodness for multi-function devices.

The Hot Light is On

While his cousins were visiting, Kevin & Mommy took them to Krispy Kreme to try their famous doughnuts. They were making doughnut holes at the time - 1300 cups of holes! Kevin was mesmerized as row after row of doughnut holes floated down the fryer, up the ramp and towards the waterfall of glaze.

It's Easter!

Today, we had an Easter Party and Egg Hunt at Kevin's playgroup. Kevin enjoyed some yummy glazed ham...


... and had fun with the cascarone (confetti egg).


Alan was stylin' in his Easter outfit, complete with bunny feet and a cotton tail.

A Full Moon Party

On Saturday, friends and family came to celebrate Alan turning one month with a traditional Chinese Party known as the Moon Yut, or Full Moon Party. Our timing is closer to the two-month mark, but that's ok - it's really an excuse to order off the banquet menu at a Chinese Restaurant!
